Rates and Policy
A courtesy up to date and detailed email, text message, or both, will always be sent to you everyday (if requested) after all walks are done. There will also be a Gotham Dog Walkers customized notepad with a background picture of your pup with daily updated notes. Always keeping you informed and a part of your dogs walking experience.

Like or Follow Gotham Dog Walkers on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, and receive 1 (30) minute walk for FREE! Recommend a new client to Gotham Dog Walkers and after a month of continuous service from that new client, receive 2 (30) minute walks for FREE or $40.00 cash!
Terms..
We accept Cash, Credit, Checks, QuickPay with Zelle, Money Orders, and Venmo. Payment via cash may be left in the home, in an envelope written out to Gotham Dog Walkers for your dog walker to pickup. Cancellation must be done before 9am day of service. Any made after will inherit a charged fee of $5.00. Must contact management at 646.956.5281, not your walker. Rates are subject to change.
In the event that something should happen to your dog that requires medical attention, we will do everything possible to obtain the right treatment for your dog in a timely manner. In the event that we are unable to reach you for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make medical decisions on your behalf for the care of your dog. You will be responsible for any veterinarian bills that result from getting your dog the medical attention that he or she needs.
